Holiday Postage

We will be partially closed from Sunday 29th July to Saturday 1st September so that we can enjoy holidays and the summer! 
Orders will be posted once a week so your parcel will take a little longer than usual to arrive. If you need something urgently please contact us on Facebook.
We have moved out of our shop on the Edisonstraat and in to the attic at Lotta's house in Den Bosch. You can arrange an appointment to visit us on Wednesday to Saturday. Please email or phone us for an appointment as we may not be at home if you just turn up.

Postage

We'll do our best to get your order sent on the next business day after receipt of payment. We ship with PostNL with optional "track and trace". Your package will be dispatched at your own risk so we strongly recommend that you choose the "track and trace" option. We always take extra special care to protect fragile objects. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery times

Netherlands: 1 - 3 work days
Belgium, France, Germany:  2 - 3 work days
The rest of Europe: 2 - 5 work days
The rest of the world 3 - 12 work days
Times are just an estimate, we can't guarantee that orders will arrvive within the times stated above.

Returning

Didn't like what you got? That's ok. We have a 14-day return policy, beginning from the day that you received the item. If you need to return an item, you must contact us prior to sending the item back. Please don’t post anything back to us without letting us know.

Fully complete the Returns and Exchange Form included with your order and return this together with your items to return.
 
Returned items must be in a new and unused condition with the original packaging intact.
You are responsible for all postage charges associated with a return. Make sure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Orders with insufficient postage will not be accepted by us.
We will refund your money within 30 days, after receipt of the returned item.

Custom orders and printed items can NOT be returned.

Exchanging

Do you need a different size or want a different colour? No problem! We have a 14-day exchange policy, beginning from the day that you received the item. If you need to exchange an item, you must contact us prior to sending the item back. Please don’t post anything back to us without letting us know.

Fully complete the Returns and Exchange Form included with your order and return this together with your items to exchange. State clearly what you would like to exchange it for including size and colour.

You are responsible for the postage costs associated with sending the items back to us, we'll send you the new items at our cost. Make sure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Orders with insufficient postage will not be accepted by us. If extra costs are associated with the new item then these must be paid before we can send the new item.
